I understand Gateway’s tutors are volunteers, freely donating their personal time to help me improve efficiency for using my phone and pad. Therefore, should I have to miss an appointed time for meeting with my tutor, I will notify him/her by text at least four hours in advance. If my attendance problem occurs within the four hours of required prior notification, I will call the tutor to speak personally and explain the problem. Failure to comply more than once with this requirement will result in my being discontinued from receiving these Gateway services.
